Planning Tools

To support our comprehensive planning approaches, we utilize the integrated CAD and calculation software NOVA (Plancal), which supports 3-D building modeling and is equipped with all common interfaces.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) represents the integrated method of optimized planning, execution, and management of buildings or real estate properties. Through the IFC interface, we access building models provided to us and transfer them back to the architects with the information generated by our planning work, allowing us to seamlessly integrate into the BIM planning process.
